Last June of 2010, my father was diagnosed of Lung Cancer. I am here in the Philippines to take care of my daddy. He has lost so much weight, it's hard for him to breath without oxygen and he can't do the things that he used to do now. He stopped attending his small store and i know he missed the store a lot. My dad can't have chemotherapy cause his body is too weak to handle the process.
I hate to see my dad suffer so much because of this traitor disease. It has even metastacized to his liver. My dad doesn't know that cancer is slowly taking him away from us. We don't have the courage to tell him, cause it might even worsen his feelings.
Medication is too expensive and my family has been financially drained. But if only we can have a cure for this Cancer, We will do our best no matter what it cost, just for my dad to survive.
